2. Send Us Paperwork
When you agree to our offer we will provide you with a list of documents that we will need. This includes a copy of your promissory note, a copy of the deed or mortgage, etc.
Once we receive the documents we will do all the due diligence necessary to purchase your note and pay all closing costs.
3. Receive Your Money
As soon as we complete our due diligence we will set up a closing for you at a title company or attorney’s office of your choice or we can have a mobile notary come to your home or office.
